What Parents Are Saying

- Robin M., parent

Coach Long has worked with my son Anthony now for the past 5 years and he has done an AMAZING job with him. He is a lefty and threw somewhat of a side arm. However, when he started going to Coach Long, he literally broke down his mechanics and rebuilt them. The patience, encouraging words and motivation Coach Long uses during each lesson is a testament to his character. Coach Long cares about young arms.

- Doug S., parent

Dennis has worked with both my boys for the past years and is a true professional. Always upbeat with instruction and pushes them in new and creative ways every session. Dennis has become a true friend to the Snow family and always encourages my boys to reach for the next level, my older son is playing in college and my youngest is on his way.

FAQs

Is this for players, parents or coaches?

This instruction is really created for both players and anyone you might be guiding them like parents or coaches. As I go through videos, I'll call out coaching pointers and easy-to-grasp techniques that are specifically good for teaching young players that are growing into their arms and bodies (and let's face it, may not have the longest attention spans.)

Will you continue to add new content?

If you subscribe to an all-access membership, you'll have access to new videos and content on a monthly basis. New topics will predominantly be based on topics you, the members, want to hear about, as well as time of year (pre-season, in season, post-season) etc.

Will I be able to ask questions along the way?

Yes! Once you invest in the online lessons you'll have your own login and an area to comment on content. It's a great place to ask questions about anything you're not sure about in the content, or request video covering a new topic.

What type of content is included?

I've put together some of my all time favorite drills, injury prevention,  training techniques, and pitching philosophies into easily digestible videos. The goal of each video is to break down one focus at a time so you can walk through a video quickly, and then practice, without too much of a lull of a long dragged out video.

Do you provide in-person instruction too?

If you're interested in coming to work out in person, I offer private pitching instruction at our DBI Pitching easy training facility located in Mystic, Connecticut. You can learn more here
